YaaCs
Yaacs comes with other applicatoins too:
a project selector to be used as an "auto-start" application on opertors' computer. After a user select a survey to work on, yachoo will start yacati properly to let the user start to work.
a tool designed for CATI supervisors. Using it you can monitor each operator which is currently working on some project. You'll be able to see a user performance indexes, order users by their perfomance indexes, send Instant Message (IM) to a user, to all user working on a project or simply to all users.
an operators monitoring stuff. Via this GUI you can check for "locked" operators and let them re-start to work. An operator will be "locked" if he/she exceedes pause limitis (see the docs for more info).
