YaaCs
Yacati is the GUI used by CATI operators. It is task oriented and user-friendly so operators don't need to be computer experts.
It allows users to get the next contact to call, classify the telephone call selecting from a pre-defined outcomes list.
Using yacati the operator can easly send a survey presentation via fax or email by only clicking a button.
If you have the needed hardware, you'll be able to use VoIP automatic call feature to let the program makes the call for you and classify it properly if it's on any of the "no-human-interaction" outcome.
Contacts scheduling is handled by the application itself without any other user interaction. The operator can schedule an explicit call back using the appropriate dialog, yacati will pop it out properly.
If you're using mod_survey to collect data, yacati lets the operator open and fill-in the questionnaire form.
