These are software requirments you need to follow in order to be able to properly run yaacs.
PostgreSQL >= 7.4
IAXClient library. No release available at the moment, so you need to get it from CVS.
tcliaxc. A Tcl extension which provides you access to iax voip protocol via iaxclient library. No file release are available by now, so you need to checkout an SVN copy.
