YaaCs
A CATI survey is composed of many phases: sampling, computer questionnaire building, test surveys, interviewer training, data collection and supervision, data report production.
To achieve a good-quality data collection process you have to plan carefully and supervise it. Using software designed for these specific tasks helps you do them it without leaving out any important steps and follow a standardized method to organize the process.
Yaacs and mod_survey combine together to give you the means to achieve your goals.
Yaacs is composed of a set of applications. To get a brief introduction of them you should read the respective subsections.
The main programs are yadmin, yacati and yacco. You can find some information related to the other software program we use.
